Manage onsite HR operations for a manufacturing and distribution facility. Provide employee relations support, investigations, performance management, coaching, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, policy compliance, and employee engagement. Partner with plant leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, EHS, and operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability, safety, inclusion, accountability, and employee experience.

Analyze and optimize financial processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports. Collaborate with finance teams to translate business needs into data solutions, automate reporting, manage large data volumes, and ensure information quality for decision-making. This is a temporary six-month hybrid position based in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.

Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across supply chain departments. Provide industrial engineering support, optimize labor, materials, equipment, yields, costs, logistics, and OEE. Develop capacity and capital expenditure plans, support new product introductions, improve production standards and ergonomics, maintain labor costing databases, monitor plant performance, and manage engineering intern training programs.
