Manage strategic Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and BJ’s accounts across Revlon’s fragrance portfolio. Develop joint business plans, sales forecasts, promotional calendars, consumption strategies, and long-term growth plans. Manage customer P&Ls, MDF budgets, inventory and markdown risks, and volume targets. Analyze POS and market trends, coordinate demand planning, and collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics, category management, and retail execution teams to achieve profitable growth.

Operate filling and packaging lines while meeting production, quality, safety, and cosmetic GMP standards. Manage production orders, sampling plans, line devices, daily logs, cleaning, finished-product rework, industrial waste support, inventory checks, chemical solution preparation, water peroxide transfer systems, and format or color changes. Use SAP, JET, MES, ERP systems, and Excel. Requires a secondary-school diploma and prior packaging department experience.

Provide personalized skincare, color, and fragrance consultations at the Elizabeth Arden counter in Boots Meadowhall. Deliver RDSE services, demonstrate products, build customer loyalty, maintain counter presentation, and achieve individual and team sales targets. The role requires full-time onsite work, including weekends and peak retail periods, while representing the brand professionally and collaborating with colleagues.
