Teams at Revinate

Lead post-sales account management across Oceania, serving as the primary regional customer contact. Drive product adoption, customer education, reviews, retention, renewals, upsell identification, and strategic relationship development. Coordinate with global support, product, and sales teams; provide regional product feedback; manage customer loyalty tracking; and negotiate customer issues. The role is autonomous, technical, client-facing, and requires travel across Australia, Singapore, and Oceania.

Lead customer implementations for Revinate’s SaaS product suite, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating internal teams, vendors, and integrations. Manage timelines, deliverables, documentation, technical configuration, testing, troubleshooting, risks, and project meetings across numerous concurrent implementations. Advise customers on product value, coordinate with property management system vendors, create SOPs, and ensure successful launches within four to eight weeks.

Provide tier-2 technical support for Revinate's SaaS products: own customer issues end-to-end, troubleshoot web/email/PMS problems, document incidents, liaise with Engineering and Product, escalate and report bugs, and collaborate with global Customer Success to improve processes and reduce ticket volume.
