Lead customer implementations for Revinate’s SaaS hospitality products, serving as the primary customer contact, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and documentation, configuring integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and validating product functionality. The role oversees multiple concurrent projects, collaborates with engineering and third-party PMS vendors, develops SOPs, monitors performance metrics, and ensures accurate account launches within four to eight weeks.

Provide tier-2 technical support for Revinate's SaaS products: own customer issues end-to-end, troubleshoot web/email/PMS problems, document incidents, liaise with Engineering and Product, escalate and report bugs, and collaborate with global Customer Success to improve processes and reduce ticket volume.
