Teams at Reverse Logistics Group

Supports daily accounting operations, primarily accounts payable, invoice and expense verification, vendor reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role maintains accurate financial records, investigates discrepancies, coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders, and provides backup support to the accounting team. It is an early-career position requiring strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Maintains and audits pricing, cost, and financial forecasting models; supports scenario analysis, monthly forecasts, variance reporting, and executive presentation development. Manages CRM pipeline accuracy and hygiene while partnering with senior consultants and leaders. Supports Power BI reporting, translates business requirements for data science and IT teams, and handles research and ad hoc analysis for the CFO and senior leadership.

Lead RLG’s IT function, infrastructure and identity architecture, cloud migration, security governance, vendor relationships, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance, AI tool controls, business continuity, licensing, documentation, budgeting, and IT support staff management. The role directs MSP and MDR providers while making architecture, risk, incident, and technology investment decisions. It is a fully on-site Vancouver leadership position responsible for establishing scalable, secure technology operations in a lean professional-services environment.
