Revere Control Systems Benefits Overview

Manage day-to-day administration and compliance for benefits, leave, workers' compensation, and wellness across a multi-state workforce. Own full lifecycle benefits and leave programs, coordinate vendors and carriers, handle leave/ADA accommodations and return-to-work, reconcile billing, support open enrollment and 401(k), maintain HRIS data, develop communications and training, analyze participation trends, and drive process improvements. Travel 10–15%.

Design, program, test, and support relay and PLC-based control panels and systems. Perform panel layouts, BOMs, fuse/breaker/wire sizing, short-circuit analysis, factory and field testing, PLC/HMI development, vendor coordination, technical documentation, and onsite commissioning. Support project teams and provide customer technical support and training.

The Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer will design, manage, and complete automation projects, ensuring they meet specifications and budget. Responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, overseeing designs, mentoring staff, and providing technical expertise throughout project execution.
