Regency Retirement Resorts is hosting a hiring fair for servers, cooks, dishwashers, housekeepers, and a maintenance manager. Candidates will interview on-site and should bring a resume, education and work-experience proof, identification, Social Insurance Number, work permit, and professional references. The roles support operations at a senior living retirement resort in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Lead and design recreation and wellness programs for senior residents; build monthly calendars, schedule events and volunteers, supervise team, ensure program adaptations for cognitive/physical needs, and promote resident engagement and wellbeing.

Manage day-to-day administrative, reception, and accounting functions for a retirement residence. Engage with residents, maintain records, handle AR/AP, payroll, scheduling, lead reception staff, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, and support team performance and onboarding.
