Oversee multiple retirement residences in Manitoba, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and sales/marketing alignment. Mentor and support Executive Directors, conduct site visits, implement strategic business plans, manage budgets, and foster community engagement and brand presence while ensuring consistent quality of resident care.

Lead and deliver resident-focused social programs and events at a retirement residence. Coordinate with departments and community partners, manage budgets and transportation, produce communications, support orientation and special events, and promote resident engagement while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Lead and design recreation and wellness programs for senior residents; build monthly calendars, schedule events and volunteers, supervise team, ensure program adaptations for cognitive/physical needs, and promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
