Define and prioritize technical requirements for hardware, firmware, mobile, and connected products. Liaise between engineering and business stakeholders, create specs and acceptance criteria, coordinate cross-functional teams and overseas partners, support QA and releases, and use customer data to drive product enhancements.

Manage and optimize installation schedules, coordinate communication between customers, installers, and sales, track progress and contractor paperwork in Monday.com, approve bids/invoices, research travel costs for accurate bids, and ensure timely, satisfactory completion of installs.

Lead development and maintenance of dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting. Analyze sales, marketing, product, and operational data to surface insights, automate reporting, ensure data accuracy, support data governance, and partner cross-functionally to improve data integration and decision-making.
