Leads sales and market development across the Asia Pacific region for adventure sports brands. Develops distributor networks, expands market presence, grows revenue, manages teams and distributor relationships, negotiates contracts, executes go-to-market and marketing strategies, forecasts demand, analyzes pricing and ROI, tracks KPIs, supports product planning, and conducts regional travel, training, sales meetings, and business development.

The Supply Planner develops SKU-level demand forecasts, translates demand and MRP requirements into supply, production, replenishment, and inventory plans, and manages purchasing and supplier schedules. Responsibilities include purchase order management, inventory optimization, production coordination, supplier performance monitoring, risk mitigation, S&OP support, reporting, and maintaining planning data across Navision, NetSuite, and Anvyl. The role collaborates with Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, Finance, suppliers, and operations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and supply chain execution.
