Own full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, pipeline management, recruiting metrics, employer branding, and internship program development. Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring strategies, headcount planning, job descriptions, and interview processes while attracting engineering, product, hardware, and software talent.

Build and operate a distributed telemetry data platform for ingest, processing, indexing, compression, storage, and query. Design APIs, horizontal scaling, fault tolerance, multi-environment deployments, customer data isolation, and high-performance systems supporting petabytes of data and millions of series. Engineers own projects from design through release and operations while solving complex distributed-systems challenges on a small founding team.

Lead Revel’s graphic design team, shaping and evolving its brand identity across digital, product, print, events, and physical merchandise. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring designers, establishing creative workflows, providing critiques, setting visual direction, simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling visuals, and collaborating with marketing, sales, product designers, and engineers. The role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on design execution in a technical, high-growth startup environment.
