Six-month investment team internship supporting sourcing, market analysis, financial modeling, investment memos, fundraising, portfolio company support, weekly deal-flow reviews, and ESG integration. The role is based in London and involves collaboration with investors across European offices, entrepreneurs, advisors, partners, and potential limited partners.

Supports the private equity investment team across sourcing, market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, investment memos, fundraising materials, weekly deal-flow reviews, ESG integration, and portfolio company support. The intern will analyze technology sectors and geographies, participate in meetings with companies and advisors, identify potential investors, and assist entrepreneurs across Revaia’s portfolio.

Support quarterly fund closing, accounting, controlling, cash-flow planning, portfolio KPI reporting, investor materials, ESG initiatives, and process automation. The intern will work with the CFO, Senior Fund Controller, external accountants, auditors, banks, lawyers, portfolio companies, and institutional investors while owning automation projects and supporting fundraising reporting.

The Financial Controller will oversee financial processes, manage reporting tools, handle compliance, and engage in fundraising efforts while monitoring the fund's cash flow and portfolio activities.

Support the implementation of Revaia's communications strategy, create content across channels, manage branding, PR, and organize events.
