Lead outbound business development targeting Fortune 500 clients, drive high-value deal pursuits, build referral partnerships, represent Reunion at industry events, and collaborate with leadership to grow pipeline and market visibility for clean energy finance solutions.

Lead commercial strategy for high-impact clean energy transactions and partnerships. Support negotiations, manage investor and developer relationships, build partnership playbooks, identify growth channels, assist product planning, and contribute to annual planning and investor reporting.

Drive adoption of Reunion PWA through outbound prospecting, qualification, and demos. Manage pipeline across renewable tech developers, meet quota, support sales handoffs, and represent Reunion at events. Develop FEOC strategy, build cross-sell motions with tax credit business, and design go-to-market plans for new segments.

Serve as a customer-facing compliance advisor for Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements: onboard customers, manage data collection and auditing, produce audited reports, translate federal/state guidance into actionable steps, answer nuanced compliance questions, and relay product feedback to engineering while supporting customer success initiatives.
