Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the resort, including staffing, service execution, guest recovery, training, labor management, quality standards, inventory, POS transactions, and compliance. The manager supports events and high-volume periods, maintains a professional team environment, completes administrative reporting, and partners with culinary leadership to ensure consistent food and beverage quality.

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, including recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding materials, orientation, employment verifications, HR records, employee communications, engagement initiatives, and office supply management. Serves as a professional first point of contact for employees and applicants while maintaining confidentiality. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, and schedule flexibility for occasional weekends and holidays.
