Lead strategy and execution of CMC regulatory activities across cell therapy and small-molecule programs. Prepare CMC dossiers (INDs/CTAs/marketing), liaise with health authorities, lead meetings and responses, identify and mitigate CMC regulatory risks, and partner with internal teams and CDMOs to build scalable regulatory CMC processes.

Build and run the company's in-house histology capability: perform embedding, paraffin and frozen sectioning, vibratome work, IHC/IF and H&E staining, imaging support, SOP development, equipment maintenance, supply management, and coordinate with CROs while managing workload, QC, and documentation.

The GMP Operations Coordinator supports daily operations in a GMP manufacturing facility, ensuring supplies and equipment are available, coordinating logistics, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while assisting in production runs and quality management.
