The role maintains CRM records, collaborates with Marketing, provides messaging feedback, and consistently meets activity, meeting, and pipeline targets in a remote-first environment.

Supports revenue cycle billing by submitting and correcting primary and secondary insurance claims, resolving clearinghouse rejections, researching payer rules, maintaining billing documentation, and monitoring clean-claim and denial benchmarks. The role requires healthcare therapy billing experience, CPT coding knowledge, familiarity with major insurers and Medicaid, proficiency with billing and clearinghouse platforms, and strong Microsoft Office skills. It is full-time and hourly, with remote availability limited to specified states.

Leads a software development team or product area, overseeing people management, coaching, delivery execution, quality, release readiness, operational support, and responsible AI-assisted development. Partners with Product, Operations, Support, Security, and customer-facing teams to translate roadmaps into delivery plans, improve engineering practices, manage technical debt, and maintain reliable SaaS products. Guides technical decisions, testing, security, modernization, incident response, and continuous improvement.
