Create and maintain SOPs, workflow diagrams, job aids, process maps, and system training materials. Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, support automation and system changes, document future-state processes, and train teams on optimized procedures. Serve as a subject matter resource connecting RCM systems, technology, and daily operations.

Drive growth of RethinkBH's partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding partners, managing long-tail partner relationships, increasing referrals and revenue, executing co-marketing campaigns and events, tracking partnership performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to activate and scale partner initiatives.

Lead and scale broker and benefits-consultant partnerships to generate predictable employer introductions, pipeline, and revenue. Build advocacy within national and regional brokerage firms, manage broker marketplaces and intelligence, partner with Sales and Marketing, and establish strategic and carrier partnerships to drive broker-sourced growth.
