Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, emailing, and inbound follow-up; set demos for Account Executives; maintain pipeline and CRM records; collaborate with marketing to create targeted email campaigns and messaging.

Drive new business and close deals for Rethink CRM by managing a pipeline of commercial real estate prospects, qualifying inbound leads, educating customers on the product, and consistently exceeding monthly sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

Client-facing Tier II support role resolving escalated product issues via phone, virtual meetings, and ticketing. Maintain CSAT ≥90%, manage knowledge base, onboard clients, gather product feedback, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.
