Provide first-line technical support via Slack, email, and in-app chat; troubleshoot logs, APIs, and data mappings; reproduce and document bugs for engineering; write internal and customer help articles; track recurring issues and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve them. In-person role with early hours to support East Coast customers.

Build and own full stack features using React Native, Flask, and TypeScript. Occasionally travel to warehouses to observe software in action and perform live coding during go-lives. Collaborate closely with founders and the founding engineer, make technical decisions, and help scale infrastructure as needed.
