Manage a portfolio of logistics hauler accounts, building trusted partner relationships and improving operational performance. Resolve pickup, delivery, driver, and customer issues; analyze performance data; develop action plans; conduct business reviews; identify value-added opportunities; and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen partner satisfaction and retention. The role requires disciplined ownership, communication, problem solving, adaptability, and comfort managing competing priorities in a primarily on-site Boston environment.

Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Build dynamic financial models, KPI dashboards, and executive/board reporting. Partner cross-functionally to analyze performance, support pricing, capital allocation, fundraising, and improve forecasting and reporting processes.
