Drives new customer acquisition across restaurant and hospitality accounts through prospecting, pipeline management, consultative discovery, value selling, contract closing, and relationship development. Owns the sales journey from initial contact through installation and service launch, partnering with operations to ensure successful implementation. Maintains accurate Salesforce records, conducts customer site visits, attends networking events, and meets acquisition targets within the assigned territory.

Leads demand and supply planning using Oracle Fusion MRP, develops forecasts and integrated supply plans, optimizes inventory, supports S&OP, analyzes supply-demand gaps, and presents performance reports to leadership. Collaborates cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to improve processes, manage risks, and ensure efficient fulfillment while minimizing costs.

Owns Depot inventory decisions and internal transfer orders in Oracle Fusion. Analyzes inventory levels, demand forecasts, forecast accuracy, and supply-demand gaps to recommend adjustments that balance customer availability and cost. Collaborates with warehouse, logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams through S&OP processes, presents recommendations, and identifies supply-chain risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
