Teams at Restaurant Technologies

Drive new customer acquisitions across independent and small-chain restaurants in the LA/MS territory; own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and value-driven closes to installation and adoption. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, conduct on-site assessments, collaborate with operations for installs, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and build customer and local partnerships. Requires frequent field activity and travel within the territory.

Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations. Develop category and sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and risk, oversee Procure-to-Pay, optimize inventory and costs, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor procurement staff to drive operational excellence and supply continuity.

Lead depot distribution operations to ensure safe, efficient delivery and collection of cooking oil. Manage and develop teams, oversee fleet and inventory, drive workforce planning, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, optimize routes and labor utilization, and partner with leadership to meet financial and operational KPIs.
