Provide strategic and hands-on HR support as a People Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Partner with leaders on employee lifecycle matters, leadership coaching, employee relations, organisational design, talent and succession planning, performance and reward, engagement, change management, and partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver people priorities and projects.

Lead and operationalise AI-driven research for the investments team: build scalable research infrastructure, ingest and synthesize data, design experiments to automate repetitive tasks, generate actionable insights, partner with stakeholders and external researchers, and embed successful innovations into the investment team's processes and culture.

Lead business analysis for private markets and responsible investments, translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs, document current/future state, facilitate workshops, support data mapping and reporting initiatives, and partner with SMEs on UAT to ensure successful delivery.
