Own the accounting function across Canadian and U.S. entities, including financial reporting, consolidation, monthly and annual close, P&L and margin analysis, AR, AP, cash management, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-border tax compliance. Build scalable accounting processes and systems while supporting executive decision-making and navigating multi-entity, multi-currency operations.

Outbound, full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting and closing new commercial service customers. Build and manage pipeline, qualify needs, run discovery, present value, and close deals. Develop recurring service relationships, expand accounts, and help define the go-to-market playbook. Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and improve offerings. Own territory and cultivate long-term relationships with facilities and operations leaders.

Design AI-first product experiences from discovery through launch. Rapidly prototype with Figma, AI-assisted tools, and code; conduct user research and usability testing; build design systems and collaborate with engineering and product to ship intuitive, trust-building AI features.
