Own strategic customer implementations from pre-sale discovery through configuration, launch, adoption, and value realization. Lead workflow design, regulatory foundation and obligation-register refinement, stakeholder alignment, governance, and operating processes for regulated organizations. Partner with Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to create solution designs, demonstrations, proof-of-value plans, and product improvements. Support RFPs and translate regulatory, legal, compliance, and risk requirements into actionable customer workflows.

Translates evolving regulations into product specifications, truth sets, regulatory memos, demos, and benchmark criteria. Reviews AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness; leads root-cause analyses and collaborates with engineering on corrective actions. Engages customers and prospects, explains regulatory challenges, supports industry events, and develops sector-specific demonstrations. Requires strong regulatory analysis, communication, legal or compliance expertise, and the ability to work effectively with complex products in a fast-paced environment.

Build and operate scalable data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and production AI/ML/NLP models. Own the full lifecycle from data collection and transformation through training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Develop robust tooling, observability, and quality checks while collaborating with product and engineering to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing features. Work pragmatically in a fast-moving startup environment and translate business needs into effective data and machine learning solutions.
