Drive net-new enterprise sales for Responsiv’s regulatory change management platform, targeting financial institutions and other regulated industries. Build executive relationships, develop pipelines, manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles, lead RFPs and proofs of concept, and close transactions exceeding $100,000 annually. The role requires deep financial-services networks, strong compliance expertise, consultative selling, competitive positioning, and consistent achievement of sales and ARR targets.

Own strategic customer implementations from pre-sale discovery through configuration, launch, adoption, and value realization. Lead workflow design, regulatory foundation and obligation-register refinement, stakeholder alignment, governance, and operating processes for regulated organizations. Partner with Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to create solution designs, demonstrations, proof-of-value plans, and product improvements. Support RFPs and translate regulatory, legal, compliance, and risk requirements into actionable customer workflows.

Translates evolving regulations into product specifications, truth sets, regulatory memos, demos, and benchmark criteria. Reviews AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness; leads root-cause analyses and collaborates with engineering on corrective actions. Engages customers and prospects, explains regulatory challenges, supports industry events, and develops sector-specific demonstrations. Requires strong regulatory analysis, communication, legal or compliance expertise, and the ability to work effectively with complex products in a fast-paced environment.
