Build and operate DevSecOps controls across code, CI/CD, cloud telemetry, and developer endpoints. Own SCA/SAST pipelines, GitHub hardening, SIEM detections, MDM/EDR tuning, pentest coordination, incident response, and automation to enforce security without slowing developer velocity.

Lead full-cycle technical and non-technical hiring: proactively source candidates, assess skills and cultural fit, manage end-to-end recruitment, advise hiring managers on workforce planning and talent strategy, strengthen employer brand, run data-driven hiring processes, and improve candidate experience.

Work with backend teams to build and operate respond.io's cloud platform: provision infrastructure, troubleshoot production systems (databases, search, containers, serverless, queues), build internal tooling and AI automations, implement DevSecOps controls, and drive reliability (SLOs/SLIs), backup, and disaster recovery.
