Configure Power BI security, accessibility, and access management; migrate Tableau and Crystal Reports content; document requirements and technical processes; train staff; lead meetings; provide status reporting and knowledge transfer.

Leads procurement and contract management for drilling operations, including sourcing contractors, negotiating MSAs and service agreements, managing bids, qualifying vendors, mitigating commercial risk, and resolving claims or change orders. Partners with drilling teams, engineers, project managers, and leadership to develop contracting strategies and ensure projects have required services, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Leads mining geochemistry and biogeochemistry consulting projects, including geochemical characterization, predictive modeling, laboratory and field investigations, and technical reporting. Manages multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, client relationships, proposals, and business development. Mentors technical staff, supports recruiting and practice growth, contributes to publications and conferences, and promotes project health and safety.
