The role involves leading design and implementation of Alfresco solutions, developing custom software with .NET, and administering Alfresco environments for performance and user management.

Support client billing and project setup for U.S. and Canada: prepare and review invoices, interpret contracts for compliance, collaborate with project managers on budgets, maintain project accounting records, resolve client billing inquiries, and support subsidiary billing and tax compliance.

Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams for TEA modernization efforts. Elicit and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, create user stories, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications. Manage requirements through SDLC, support testing and implementation, use Jira and Modern Requirements, and mentor junior analysts.
