Coordinate state teams and technology vendors while overseeing integration with the Enterprise Data Warehouse and supporting analytics, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and legislative briefings.

Leads mining geochemistry and biogeochemistry consulting projects, including geochemical characterization, predictive modeling, laboratory and field investigations, and technical reporting. Manages multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, client relationships, proposals, and business development. Mentors technical staff, supports recruiting and practice growth, contributes to publications and conferences, and promotes project health and safety.

Provides senior business analysis support for a federal Indian Health Service software engineering and support contract. Responsibilities include eliciting and managing functional, non-functional, and technical requirements; developing process flows, data models, prototypes, and documentation; managing product backlogs; creating test scripts; conducting testing; reporting requirements metrics; and supporting implementation and process improvement. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and advises on complex technical solutions.
