Design, enhance, and maintain GenTax COTS applications using C#, SQL, and Visual Studio. Build and consume SOAP and REST APIs, analyze business requirements, map workflows, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team supporting tax and motor-vehicle systems.

Support automated and manual QA for the Texas Education Agency Qualtrics application. Design and execute automated functional and regression tests, perform data validation with SQL, run performance and accessibility testing, document results, report defects, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure reliable workflows.

Lead end-to-end QA for a large-scale EHR SaaS implementation: define QA governance and testing strategy, manage data migration/ETL validation, oversee functional/integration/UAT and defect management across clinical, pharmacy, billing, and administrative workflows, coordinate vendors, and report testing status and risks to executives.
