Provides senior business analysis support for a federal Indian Health Service software engineering and support contract. Responsibilities include eliciting and managing functional, non-functional, and technical requirements; developing process flows, data models, prototypes, and documentation; managing product backlogs; creating test scripts; conducting testing; reporting requirements metrics; and supporting implementation and process improvement. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and advises on complex technical solutions.

Leads multidisciplinary geothermal projects from kickoff through closeout, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, contracts, and deliverables. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates technical teams and subcontractors, monitors financial performance, supports proposals and business development, and mentors team members. Ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
