Resources for Community Development

Resources for Community Development (RCD) is a Berkeley-based nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing across the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 1984 RCD has created and preserved thousands of homes for low- and very-low-income individuals and families, with units set aside for people with special needs. RCD combines development, resident services, and community-building to promote inclusive, sustainable neighborhoods.
