Teams at Resource Professionals (RP)

Manages custom web and mobile application projects by gathering client requirements, creating functional specifications and flow diagrams, planning estimates, coordinating UI/UX design, conducting code reviews, and performing acceptance testing. The role also requires prior mobile development and programming experience, along with managing small multidisciplinary development teams.

Presents and sells low-voltage panel products to current and prospective clients, achieves assigned sales targets, maintains client relationships, identifies new customers, updates customer databases, and handles customer demands.

Manage end-to-end software development projects for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, preparing specifications and workflows, coordinating UI/UX design, planning estimates, managing teams and allocations, monitoring progress, conducting code reviews and acceptance testing, supporting technical decisions, improving development processes, and participating in hiring and pre-sales activities.
