Manages commercial lines insurance books of business, renews policies, binds new business, expands coverage, evaluates carriers and market placements, and drives customer retention. Serves as the primary client contact and insurance subject matter expert, provides recommendations, coordinates onshore and offshore service teams, completes agency-management-system tasks, and trains junior team members. The role requires a resident Property and Casualty license, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and at least five years of relevant insurance experience.
