Administers network access, user and email accounts, file servers, backups, software, hardware, and security safeguards. Provides end-user technical support and training, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, maintains equipment and activity logs, coordinates vendor upgrades, and recommends network improvements. Ensures software licensing compliance, protects confidential records, and escalates unresolved system problems to management or IT personnel.

Provides bilingual Spanish member support for a credit union, including opening and servicing personal and business accounts, processing transactions, wire transfers, IRA/CD activity, loan payments, and card issues. Verifies documents, balances cash, resolves discrepancies, protects confidential information, explains products and policies, supports colleagues, and completes reports accurately. Requires strong customer service, communication, math, multitasking, and Microsoft application skills.
