Lead contractor recruitment and engagement for multifamily energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. Build and manage networks of contractors and trade organizations, coordinate with subcontractor partners, provide training and support, monitor program participation, deliver presentations, and resolve contractor issues to achieve program goals and energy savings.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial energy-efficiency programs. Develop implementation plans, budgets, and forecasts; manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; track and report deliverables; resolve client issues; and ensure programs meet goals, schedules, and budgets.

Lead data analysis efforts by building and maintaining dashboards, performing SQL queries and data quality checks, analyzing program data to inform recommendations, gathering user requirements, managing projects and UAT, training users, and providing technical support for reporting tools.
