Serve as strategic HR partner to commercial leaders (sales, marketing, advisory), driving workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational design, change management, leadership coaching, performance/rewards alignment, and employee relations to enable commercial growth and effectiveness.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial energy-efficiency programs. Develop implementation plans, budgets, and forecasts; manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; track and report deliverables; resolve client issues; and ensure programs meet goals, schedules, and budgets.

Lead data analysis efforts by building and maintaining dashboards, performing SQL queries and data quality checks, analyzing program data to inform recommendations, gathering user requirements, managing projects and UAT, training users, and providing technical support for reporting tools.
