Resource Innovations Benefits Overview

Leads the development and scaling of Resource Innovations’ eCommerce, direct-to-consumer acquisition, and performance-marketing capabilities. Owns strategies spanning paid media, lifecycle marketing, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, customer journeys, testing, and analytics. Builds operating processes, playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, partnerships, and talent while connecting marketing performance to sales, enrollment, revenue, and energy-savings outcomes. Partners with account, corporate marketing, technology, analytics, creative, and program teams and provides executive-level performance guidance.

Owns the organization’s network and site infrastructure, including Cisco and Meraki equipment, WAN and VPN connectivity, wireless systems, structured cabling, AV technologies, access control, and telecommunications. Responsibilities include procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance, documentation, vendor coordination, lifecycle management, and systematic troubleshooting across the OSI model. The role primarily works onsite, collaborates with IT and support teams, and travels up to 25%.

Support enterprise identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID, user lifecycle processes, Workday synchronization, authentication, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and access governance. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, Intune, Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, storage, networking, monitoring, and cloud governance. Participate in incident response, documentation, automation, compliance activities, and cloud modernization initiatives.
