Manage group reservations and contractual obligations by inputting inventory and rates, balancing room types, uploading rooming lists, processing changes and cancellations, and coordinating with Sales, Revenue, Catering, Housekeeping, and Front Office. Produce group reports, assist with Passkey, address client issues, and uphold property standards and licensing requirements.

Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns: build, code, QA, deploy, segment audiences, run A/B tests, analyze KPIs, document automations, and coordinate creative and approvals to drive engagement and revenue.

The Workforce Management Representative serves as the main contact for employee attendance and scheduling inquiries, logging records, providing clerical support, and ensuring compliance with policies.
