Oversee back-of-house stewarding operations, manage inventory of china/glass/silverware, train and supervise staff on cleaning, safety (MSDS), and equipment use, assist Executive Steward with budgets, SOPs, licensing, and labor control, and ensure clean, safe, customer-focused work environments.

Greet and assist guests, manage reservations and pre-seating, answer phones, maintain cleanliness, perform opening/closing duties, rotate among outlets, participate in promotional/modeling activities, and ensure compliance with resort standards and required licensing.

The Senior AML Internal Auditor will lead and review various compliance audits, ensuring adherence to BSA regulations, and assist in achieving departmental goals while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with IIA Standards.
