Lead design and build of a versioned external booking API and core booking domain. Ensure transactional correctness, prevent oversells, handle retries and failures, create reusable connectors to PMS/POS, set reliability targets, and operate the platform with observability, tests, and runbooks while mentoring engineers and delivering partner integrations.

Manage and grow relationships with hotel partners, acquire new hotel accounts, and drive partner revenue through upselling and performance insights. Responsibilities include onboarding hotels, providing responsive support, conducting product demos and webinars, creating training materials, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing. The role requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, sales, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of ResortPass’s booking platform and versioned external APIs. Build reliable pricing, availability, holds, reservations, cancellations, integrations, and reconciliation workflows. Improve transactional correctness, concurrency, resilience, observability, and safe migration of the existing Rails system. Mentor backend engineers, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and hotel operations to launch new partners and experience categories.
