Teams at ResortPass

The Founding iOS Engineer will develop the next-generation iOS app for ResortPass. Responsibilities include owning the iOS app, crafting the architecture, collaborating with product and design teams, and establishing best practices. This role emphasizes high-quality user experience, app performance, and team leadership in mobile engineering.

Ship end-to-end full-stack features for core marketplace flows (search, details, booking, post-booking). Implement UI, APIs, data models, instrumentation, and observability. Improve performance, reliability, testing, and operational readiness while partnering with Product, Design, and backend engineers.

Report to the CEO to drive company-wide alignment and scale: set KPIs, manage investor relations, systematize processes, support P&L and budget, lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, build analytics/dashboards, partner with HR on hiring and org design, run executive and board meetings, and act as point person for company-wide projects and communications.
