Supports ERP-based planning processes by maintaining item masters, BOMs, routings, work centers, and planning data. Assists with material planning, production scheduling, requirements gathering, system testing, issue resolution, reporting, documentation, and planner support. Participates in lean and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and procurement functions.

Manages regional prototype and early-stage production sales for medical device manufacturing services. Responsibilities include territory and pipeline development, lead qualification, quoting, forecasting, CRM management, customer relationship development, technical marketing, trade shows, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and business development teams. The field-based role requires frequent customer travel throughout the Northeast and regular travel to company sites.

Sets up, operates, troubleshoots, and verifies CNC Swiss machining processes. Edits CNC programs, adjusts tooling, reads blueprints and GD&T, performs precision measurements, supports process development and validation, trains operators, maintains equipment, follows medical-device quality procedures, and participates in continuous improvement.
