Supports NPI and process transfer of Nitinol-based medical device manufacturing technologies into production. Responsibilities include process validation, documentation, cost and cycle-time baselining, root-cause analysis, statistical process characterization, yield improvement, equipment qualification, troubleshooting, operator training, and cross-functional project leadership. The role collaborates with Process Development, Quality, Production, and customers to establish stable, capable, compliant manufacturing processes.

Provide B2B customer support through Salesforce, email, and occasional phone calls. Assist with quotes, order placement, inquiries, and customer issue resolution while maintaining accurate data. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete solutions, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and support customers in the manufacturing industry.

Supports Quality Engineering projects in a medical device micro-manufacturing environment under the guidance of a Quality Engineer. Responsibilities include line layout, process mapping, procedure and work-instruction drafting, fixture improvement and design, 5S and Lean Kaizen events, validation protocol execution, and project presentation and reporting.
