The Engineering Manager will lead the transformation of the company's SaaS platform into an AI-native environment, mentor a team of engineers, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.

Own the Data Activation product roadmap end-to-end: define partner integration platform, API and integration architecture, and operational workflows. Partner with VP and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into requirements, run sprints in Jira, instrument launches, and support Customer Success and Sales to scale reliable audience activation across DSPs, SSPs, walled gardens, CTV, and retail media.

Design and implement microservices and data pipelines, develop backend services using Spring Boot, and maintain frontend features and legacy systems.
