Support Project Managers across the full solar project lifecycle by organizing documentation, submitting and tracking utility interconnection and incentive applications, coordinating with utilities and installation partners, researching permitting/interconnection requirements in new markets, and building process improvements and templates to keep projects on schedule.

The Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager will develop strategies to enhance brand recognition and lead generation, manage partnerships, and oversee a team. They'll conduct market research, refine marketing efforts, and ensure strong communication across platforms to support lead generation and community engagement.
