Lead SAP AMS delivery and solution architecture for Sales and Supply Chain, overseeing production support, incident and change management, enhancements, integrations, and S/4HANA extensibility. Act as primary U.S. stakeholder liaison, drive governance, SLA/KPI frameworks, cutover/go-live activities, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
