Supports global HR operations through employee data maintenance, onboarding and offboarding workflows, payroll coordination, Workday updates, reporting, employee inquiries, invoices, procurement, and compliance-related requests. The role partners with HR colleagues and third-party administrators to improve processes, maintain accurate records, meet service-level deadlines, and deliver consistent employee services across regions.

Supports the structuring, pricing, analysis, and execution of U.S.-focused M&A, reinsurance, and other growth transactions. Evaluates transaction structures across regulatory, accounting, capital, risk, strategic, and competitive considerations. Partners with actuarial, finance, investment, operations, legal, and senior leadership teams to execute transactions, prepare committee materials, document pricing and underwriting assumptions, and ensure strategies align with company risk appetite.

Support global flow reinsurance pricing and underwriting across US and Asia: run and update pricing models, perform technical analysis and risk quantification, set in-force treaty rates, develop pricing methodologies, and provide timely technical support to underwriting, management and stakeholders.

Lead GAAP and Statutory accounting, reporting, and analytics for the derivatives portfolio. Oversee monthly close, vendor relationships, footnotes, journal entries, and collaborate with investment teams. Research accounting guidance, prepare analytics for finance leaders, ensure internal controls, support reinsurance cedants, and coach junior staff while driving process improvements.

The Product Owner will manage team backlogs, prioritize deliverables, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment with customer needs while fostering team development and collaboration.

Support management and execution of derivative strategies across insurance balance sheets. Assist trade lifecycle, collateral and liquidity management, hedge implementation, reporting, governance, and process improvement while liaising with risk, investments, actuarial, finance, legal, and external counterparties.

Lead strategic direction and governance for GAAP and Statutory accounting, reporting, and analytics for alternative investments and mortgage loans. Oversee monthly close, third‑party accounting vendor performance, technical accounting research, financial controls, stakeholder reporting, and talent development while driving process improvement and automation.

Manage day-to-day administration of flow reinsurance treaties, implement controls and integration processes, liaise with actuarial/finance/legal/risk, support onboarding and legacy business, and coordinate with technology for operational integration.

Lead accounting operations including monthly/quarterly/annual close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, audits, controls, and team management. Drive process improvements, automation, and partner with Finance, Actuarial, IT and external stakeholders to support reporting and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and regulatory filings across US GAAP, US Statutory, and Bermuda frameworks. Support group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, variance analysis, management and Board reporting, internal controls (J-SOX), audit requests, and technical accounting research. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Actuarial, Treasury, and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Lead development and delivery of quantitative risk analytics, stress testing, and reporting. Collaborate with Investment, Finance, and Actuarial teams to refine risk models, analyze results versus actual events, and communicate findings and implications to senior management to inform capital, liquidity, and strategic decisions.
