Senior Legal Counsel responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing complex reinsurance and insurance growth transactions. Advises deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, drafts and negotiates transaction agreements, manages external counsel and legal budgets, monitors regulatory developments, supports governance and senior management decisions, and collaborates with finance, actuarial, investment, risk, and operations teams.

Conduct internal audits across planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue validation. Test internal controls, evaluate risks and compliance, document workpapers, communicate findings, monitor deliverables, and support Audit Committee materials. Maintain audit collaboration and GRC platforms, improve audit processes through automation and technology, and work collaboratively across business functions while handling confidential information.

Summer actuarial internship designed to prepare students for actuarial careers through exposure to risk management, asset-liability management, financial reporting, modeling, and product in-force management. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or economics, with a minimum 3.2 GPA and strong analytical, communication, leadership, teamwork, business acumen, and learning agility skills.

Support global flow reinsurance pricing and underwriting across US and Asia: run and update pricing models, perform technical analysis and risk quantification, set in-force treaty rates, develop pricing methodologies, and provide timely technical support to underwriting, management and stakeholders.
