Supports manufacturing engineering operations, process troubleshooting, root cause investigations, CAPA, documentation, validation, lean improvement, automation, data analysis, and new product introduction activities. The intern collaborates with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Supports Manufacturing Project Leads with coordinating New Product Introduction activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include attending cross-functional meetings, tracking actions, timelines, risks and project information, following up with stakeholders, preparing updates and documentation, and assisting with manufacturing readiness. The intern will collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Development while developing project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support, including complex calendar, email, travel, meeting, event, communication, and reporting coordination. Connects leaders, teams, and external stakeholders; handles confidential assignments; analyzes information for decision-making; supports cross-functional projects; and may train junior staff. Requires approximately five or more years of related experience, strong organization, sound judgment, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
