Leads manufacturing process improvement, standardization, validation, and scale-up initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia. Analyzes process data, resolves root causes, implements corrective actions, evaluates manufacturing technologies, supports new product introductions, and develops engineering documentation. Partners with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve productivity, quality, reliability, and operational performance while mentoring engineers and supporting manufacturing transformation programs.

Leads support, troubleshooting, improvement, and project execution for automated manufacturing equipment. Develops PLC, HMI, robotic, SCADA, and vision systems; performs root cause analysis; improves reliability, OEE, quality, safety, and cost; ensures compliance with engineering and quality standards; and mentors engineers and technicians.

Lead end-to-end delivery for a global Diagnostics portfolio spanning hardware, digital, regulatory, and regional teams. Translate strategy into delivery plans, prioritize investments, manage risks and dependencies, establish governance, and communicate portfolio performance to executives. Improve operating models and delivery practices, champion AI-enabled workflows, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, and lead a global team of Project and Program Managers.
