Develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications for healthcare technology. Collaborate with experienced engineers, product teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle while gaining experience with modern development practices, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and agile workflows.

Supports manufacturing process optimization through time studies, cycle-time analysis, line balancing, capacity analysis, material-flow improvement, factory-layout development, Lean initiatives, ergonomic assessments, and data-driven problem solving. Collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, facilities, automation, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, space utilization, and cost efficiency.

Leads research, prototyping, and maturation of automation and mechatronics technologies for future manufacturing. Designs integrated systems involving robotics, controls, sensing, machine vision, and software; conducts experiments and proof-of-concept development; evaluates feasibility, scalability, safety, reliability, and cost; and transfers production-ready technologies to NPI teams. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and develops reusable automation platforms, standards, and engineering knowledge.
