Validate opportunities via customer insight and experiments, partner cross-functionally (engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, design, commercial), build business cases, and drive pilots through scale readiness while ensuring clinically credible, technically feasible, and commercially viable outcomes.

Support QMS and training processes by generating reports, monitoring document lifecycles, implementing document updates in Objective, tracking regulatory changes, producing LMS (Cornerstone) training reports, creating learning modules, and following up with stakeholders to complete QMS and regulatory actions.

Lead the transformation of Malaysia's manufacturing operations by implementing MES, Lean practices, and automation. Build teams and manage change for growth while ensuring safety and quality performance.
