Lead architecture, administration, and L2/L3 support for enterprise Active Directory and hybrid identity. Manage AD DS, Azure AD/Entra ID integration, Azure AD Connect, DNS/DHCP, authentication, GPOs, MFA/Conditional Access, SSO, and automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Plan migrations, upgrades, disaster recovery, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call incident response.

Design, implement, and support Saviynt IGA solutions including identity lifecycle (JML), RBAC, entitlement provisioning, SoD controls, connector integrations, certification campaigns, and L2/L3 production support. Perform SC2 installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, health checks, automation of workflows, API/connector configuration, compliance reporting, and collaborate with architects, security teams, and stakeholders. Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and end-to-end test suites for software, APIs, and hardware modules. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, execute and analyze results, document test plans/cases, troubleshoot with development teams, mentor junior engineers, and report test coverage and quality metrics. Stay current on test automation and QA best practices.
