Senior Systems Administrator responsible for supporting and maintaining the corporate Office 365 tenant, focusing on SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams and Azure. Duties include migrations, troubleshooting, service design and delivery, policy management, service health monitoring, disaster recovery documentation, collaborating with network/security/ITSM teams, escalating to Microsoft support, and automating tasks using PowerShell to improve end-user experience and operational continuity.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade, highly available backend cloud services and scalable REST APIs using .NET. Implement microservices, messaging and event-driven patterns, work with SQL/NoSQL cloud databases, integrate identity/authorization, provide L3 production support, apply testing and security best practices, and collaborate across product, engineering, and operations.

Design, build and optimize end-to-end lead generation automation across EMEA using Marketo and Iterable. Create nurture journeys, triggers, segmentation, lead routing and Salesforce integrations to move prospects from MQL to SQL, drive activation and re-engage lapsed customers. Monitor performance, run A/B tests, maintain data quality, support lead scoring, and align automation with sales and regional marketing.
