Administers retirement, financial wellness, and employee benefits programs across assigned countries. Leads compliance, audits, governance, regulatory reporting, vendor management, employee escalations, process improvements, and SOP development. Supports Mexico benefits administration and leave management while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Requires expertise in 401(k), HSA, FSA, retirement plans, ERISA, IRS and DOL compliance, advanced Excel, HRIS systems, and English-Spanish fluency.

Optimizes manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and achieve production KPIs. Implements Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, capability studies, workplace layout improvements, and best-practice manufacturing methods. Supports equipment operation, preventative maintenance, employee training, new product introductions, production transfers, engineering changes, ISO systems, audits, and collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, and project teams.

Lead planning, execution, and reporting of IT internal audit and SOX engagements, assessing ITGCs, cybersecurity, IAM, ERP implementations (SDLC), and technology governance. Identify control deficiencies, support remediation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain audit workpapers to ensure compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.
