Requires expertise in 401(k), HSA, FSA, retirement plans, ERISA, IRS and DOL compliance, advanced Excel, HRIS systems, and English-Spanish fluency.

Optimizes manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and achieve production KPIs. Implements Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, capability studies, workplace layout improvements, and best-practice manufacturing methods. Supports equipment operation, preventative maintenance, employee training, new product introductions, production transfers, engineering changes, ISO systems, audits, and collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, and project teams.
