Manages critical client accounts, resolves escalations, communicates with internal and external clients, and schedules service technicians. The role assesses client needs, provides timely solutions, supports department goals, and recommends efficiency improvements. Success requires strong communication, organization, independence, professionalism under pressure, deadline management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Staff Accountant responsible for journal entries, accruals, fixed asset schedules, reconciliations, month-end close support, variance analysis, AP and AR transactions, customer inquiries, internal controls, and financial reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable, while manufacturing experience is preferred.

Apprentices install residential elevators while receiving mentoring, hands-on training, and on-the-job instruction. Responsibilities include using hand tools, working on ladders and in confined spaces, lifting at least 50 pounds, and performing physically demanding installation work. The role requires up to 50% travel, long hours when needed, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with background and drug screening requirements. Successful apprentices may advance to installation mechanic or team lead roles within 3–12 months.
