Contact debtors via outbound and inbound calls to resolve past-due balances, document account activity, perform skip tracing, follow scripts and compliance (FDCPA/FCRA), manage portfolios, meet production and QA metrics, and handle promises-to-pay and disputes.

The Staff Accountant will prepare and post journal entries, perform reconciliations, process accounts payable, maintain records, and assist with compliance requirements for financial reporting.
