Teams at Residences at Vantage Point

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, administering physician-ordered care, supporting daily living, coordinating services, and supervising resident assistants. Reports community and resident conditions to health leadership and responds to emergencies during overnight shifts.

Assists with planning and coordinating recreational, cultural, religious, entertainment, and social activities for senior living residents. Supports calendars and newsletters, purchases activity supplies, distributes mail, escorts residents, and coordinates and trains volunteers. The role requires compassion, enthusiasm, and commitment to senior engagement.

Maintains the community’s landscaped grounds year-round using mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Works independently and collaboratively to keep outdoor areas attractive and well maintained. Requires at least six months of landscaping or groundskeeping experience, familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools, and a valid driver’s license. The position follows seasonal weekday schedules.
