Lead Line 1 risk and compliance activities for Payments Settlements, coaching leaders, embedding risk frameworks, assessing and remediating operational risks, testing controls, improving risk data and reporting, and driving cultural uplift and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Manage and maintain the Azure platform health and performance, respond to incidents, support project readiness, implement FinOps, design CI/CD and IaC deployments, ensure security/governance, provide on-call/shift and after-hours support, and participate in business continuity testing.

Support development and maintenance of economic datasets and data pipelines for forecasting and econometric models. Perform data validation, statistical checks and QA. Prepare inputs for modelling, respond to data queries, and collaborate with economists and technical staff to improve data usability for analysis and policy work.
