Lead business analysis for security and resilience initiatives across Australia’s critical payments systems (RITS, FSS, SWIFT). Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translate security/regulatory needs into actionable specs, run stakeholder workshops, maintain BRDs, user stories, traceability, and support ISO27001/SWIFT CSP compliance and vulnerability remediation across projects.

Provide coordination and business support to the Technology Strategy, Risk and Performance section: manage meetings, prepare papers and presentations, track actions, support reporting and governance, assist onboarding and team administration, and improve coordination practices.

Lead a team of IT Risk Advisors to manage and improve the IT risk profile, embed Risk and Compliance Framework practices, partner with IT leaders and Line 2 to strengthen governance, facilitate risk forums and reporting, and drive a strong risk culture across the technology function.
