Designs end-to-end enterprise technology solutions spanning applications, APIs, data platforms, cloud environments, and external partners. Develops solution architectures, integration specifications, technology roadmaps, and reusable patterns. Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, engineers, vendors, and delivery teams to implement secure, resilient, compliant solutions. Supports hybrid integration, event-driven architectures, Azure cloud adoption, data architecture, and future AI and machine learning capabilities.

Lead operational risk management within the People & Culture function by strengthening risk culture, identifying and mitigating risks, developing controls, monitoring effectiveness, managing incidents, and reporting to senior leaders and governance committees. The role supports risk transformation, operational resilience, privacy topics, stakeholder training, risk forums, board reporting, and collaboration with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Line 2 teams.

Owns the enterprise telephony and collaboration service end to end, including Cisco Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams integration. Responsibilities include service governance, reliability, performance, security, incident troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs. The role manages managed service providers, carriers, vendors, and internal technology teams while applying ITIL processes. Strong expertise is required in CUBE/vCUBE, SIP, PSTN, Direct Routing, SBCs, networking, and voice-quality troubleshooting.
