The Recruiter will partner closely with founders and leadership, support candidate experience, and help scale the team from 50 to 100+ employees in a fully remote startup environment.

The Recruiter will partner with founders and leadership to deliver an excellent candidate experience and support rapid startup growth. This is a fully remote role with some travel for offsites, conferences, and meetups.

Design and ship end-to-end product improvements for a developer-focused email platform: define problems with support and engineering, run fast user research, prototype (including with AI tools), iterate based on metrics, and simplify complex workflows for users.
