Provides basic technical support, troubleshoots customer issues, and escalates complex problems. Responds to client inquiries by phone and email, supports XBRL tagging, XBRL quality assurance, and EDGAR filings, and collaborates across departments to resolve issues. The role requires accurate communication, strong computer and typing skills, attention to detail, deadline management, and flexibility for additional hours during busy periods.
