Manages safe, reliable operation and maintenance of a utility-scale renewable wind facility. Leads site personnel and contractors, oversees safety, environmental compliance, SCADA monitoring, maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting, outages, inventory, reporting, budgets, invoices, and regulatory requirements. Maintains stakeholder relationships and supports plant performance, transmission coordination, NERC/ISO compliance, employee development, and continuous improvement. Requires occasional emergency response, turbine climbing, and significant domestic travel.

Leads RES’s enterprise applications, ERP development, automation, real-time integration, and AI application platform strategy. Owns IFS, legacy modernization, Power Platform, robotic and agentic automation, Boomi integrations, AI governance, software development standards, budgets, vendors, and a globally distributed technical team. Ensures secure, supportable delivery aligned with demand-build-run operating models and enterprise architecture.

Performs high-voltage operation and maintenance across renewable energy and battery storage sites. Responsibilities include switching, isolation, earthing, safety documentation, protection testing, fault finding, commissioning, maintenance planning, contractor management, training, emergency response, and coordination with DNOs and asset owners. The role requires current or recent 11–33 kV Senior Authorised Person status, site travel, a full UK driving licence, and weekend and on-call availability.
