Build and evolve Rerun’s open-source viewer, cross-language SDKs, and integrations with Rerun Hub. Develop high-performance interfaces for large-scale multimodal data, optimize workflows across desktop and web, make full-stack architecture decisions, and collaborate with backend, Hub, design, customers, and the open-source community. The role involves UI development, rendering, data handling, infrastructure, real-time applications, visualization, and performance optimization.

Build and lead Rerun’s physical AI community and events program. Responsibilities include mapping relevant robotics communities, designing developer events and recurring programs, partnering with engineering and founders on technical content, representing the company at conferences and meetups, and coordinating with teams in Sweden and San Francisco. The role combines field marketing, developer evangelism, community building, and hands-on event execution.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and commercial roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and closing. Build pipelines through outbound search, referrals, and communities; assess technical comprehension; maintain excellent candidate experience; and partner with hiring managers on role definition, market insight, and calibration. The role requires autonomous execution across developer relations, engineering, marketing, content, sales, and occasional deeper engineering searches, with flexibility to overlap US time zones.

The Software Engineer will develop and manage the Kubernetes operator for Rerun Hub, ensuring production reliability, onboarding customers, and extending infrastructure capabilities.

The Software Engineer will develop backend systems using Rust, manage multimodal data, and improve data infrastructure with a focus on performance and design ownership.

Partner with founders to execute GTM and business operations: sales ops, marketing support, budgeting/forecasting, investor relations, and market research. Own ambiguous, high-leverage projects end-to-end to convert demand into scalable business processes.

Run demos and onboard customers, build engineer-to-engineer trust, create working proofs of concept from messy problems, be the expert Rerun user and relay customer feedback to the roadmap, and coordinate cross-functionally to improve POCs and onboarding.
