Supervises waste-hauling collection operations, drivers, and helpers across commercial, residential, roll-off, or container services. Leads safety and accident-prevention programs, resolves customer service issues, coordinates equipment and route changes, improves route efficiency, manages labor and disposal costs, and supports budget goals. Develops employees, promotes engagement, ensures regulatory and operating compliance, and partners with sales, maintenance, and management to maintain safe, productive operations.

Conducts commercial and residential waste audits, identifies contamination and diversion opportunities, records material weights and photos, and prepares audit reports. Coordinates audit logistics, performs client site visits, educates customers, monitors recycling and organics compliance, observes collection practices, enforces program requirements, and maintains customer records and activity reports. Requires independent work, analytical abilities, safety compliance, PPE use, and travel to client locations.
