Audits residential and commercial waste streams, identifies contamination and diversion opportunities, prepares audit reports, coordinates site visits, educates clients, monitors recycling and organics compliance, observes collection practices, and documents activities using Excel or cloud-based reporting tools. The role requires independent work, travel to client locations, safety compliance, and a valid driver's license.

Manages the local human resources function, advising employees and management on performance, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, staffing, and training. Maintains personnel records, conducts investigations and audits, monitors employment-law compliance, supports succession planning and talent management, and partners with operational and corporate HR teams. May supervise HR staff and requires travel up to 60% of the time.

Leads strategic sourcing and procurement operations for national accounts across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include sourcing strategy, supplier and subcontractor management, contract negotiation, bid evaluation, cost reduction, P&L ownership, performance reporting, process standardization, and team leadership. The role manages supplier relationships, resolves escalated issues, supports continuous improvement, and drives procurement transformation initiatives. Travel is required approximately two to three times annually.
