Teams at Republic Services

Designs, codes, tests, and documents .NET applications; follows SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices; supports Tier 3 incidents; works on system integration and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub); collaborates with product owners and vendors; participates in production releases and mentors junior developers.

Manages hauling collection operations across commercial, industrial, and residential routes, including container delivery and pickup. Leads supervisors, dispatchers, clerks, drivers, and helpers; oversees route productivity, budgets, customer service, regulatory compliance, safety programs, vendor expenses, and workforce development. Partners with business-unit leadership to execute strategy, improve profitability, maintain operational standards, and drive sustainable growth.

Maintains and retains existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers, renews contracts, resolves cancellation requests, supports pricing initiatives, and cross-sells Republic Services products. Uses Salesforce to document customer interactions, proposals, and activities. Partners with operations to address service issues, tracks retention and relationship goals, and represents the company at trade shows and community events.
