Supervise hauling operations and frontline crews (drivers/helpers) across assigned territory to deliver safety, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. Oversee route planning, productivity goals, equipment maintenance coordination, accident prevention, and employee coaching to meet operational and budget targets while promoting engagement and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

The operator works under production supervision to operate various heavy machinery for transporting hazardous waste and ensuring site cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance, and operational tasks related to roll-off trucks and other equipment, as well as reporting and documenting incidents.
