Manage municipal contract deliverables, reporting, community outreach, public education and marketing efforts; create monthly and annual reports; coordinate communications and events; manage local budgets and charitable contributions; act as primary municipal customer contact and support corporate web content as needed.

Lead and supervise safe transfer of liquid cargo between vessels and shore, operate and maintain transfer equipment, perform inspections, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with crews and terminals, document cargo movements, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Coordinate and optimize drivers, trucks, and routes to maximize capacity, productivity, safety, and customer service. Analyze routing data, adjust daily plans, resolve in-transit issues, manage driver performance and disposal site selection, and communicate with customers and drivers to minimize missed pickups and improve route efficiency.
