Recruits and mobilizes Arizona members and volunteers to advance reproductive freedom legislation and elect supportive candidates. Responsibilities include community and digital organizing, event coordination, coalition participation, volunteer leadership development, training, campaign planning, data management in VAN, and intern supervision. The role requires attending in-person events, traveling as needed, working some nights and weekends, and building inclusive, self-sustaining volunteer councils.

Leads the nonprofit’s accounting and financial operations, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audits, tax filings, reconciliations, internal controls, compliance, budgeting support, and ERP optimization. The Controller manages and develops accounting staff, partners with the CFO and organizational teams, ensures GAAP compliance, responds to tax inquiries, and strengthens financial processes and systems.

Provides administrative and project coordination support for signature fundraising events. Responsibilities include coordinating donor and council meetings, maintaining donor and event data, drafting communications, supporting event logistics, preparing materials, coordinating volunteers, managing acknowledgments, and producing post-event reports and analysis. The role serves as a liaison to leadership councils and supports donor outreach, stewardship, registration, and database updates.

Leads the organization’s digital communications vision across social media, video, podcasts, YouTube, creative content, executive platforms, and emerging channels. Builds and manages a high-performing communications team, develops creator and influencer partnerships, oversees vendors and budgets, and integrates digital strategy with political, organizing, government relations, and communications efforts. Establishes performance metrics, drives audience growth and mobilization, manages rapid-response communications, and advances the organization’s reproductive freedom advocacy through compelling, accurate storytelling.

Supports nonprofit development operations through accurate gift processing, revenue data management, CRM updates, ACH and wire tracking, reconciliation, reporting, donor record maintenance, and systems support. The role troubleshoots fundraising workflows, contributes to process improvements and automation, maintains Monday.com processes, and provides backup membership support. Strong attention to detail, database and spreadsheet proficiency, organizational skills, and commitment to reproductive freedom, diversity, equity, and inclusion are required.
