The Chief of Staff extends the CEO’s reach by leading strategic projects, business planning, financial modeling, executive and board presentations, and governance processes. Responsibilities include serving as secretary to executive and board meetings, maintaining governance documentation, tracking decisions, coordinating reporting and compliance inputs, and running leadership meetings and offsites. The role requires strong execution, communication, discretion, financial analysis, project management, and stakeholder influence.

Owns RepRisk’s global lead generation and marketing automation engine. Responsibilities include leading HubSpot and Salesforce integration, building automated workflows for routing and scoring, executing multichannel campaigns, optimizing conversion performance, analyzing campaign metrics, documenting governance, and training internal teams. The role requires advanced CRM and marketing technology expertise, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with marketing and sales operations stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain sectors. Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and new use cases while developing account plans and strengthening client relationships. Share market and client insights internally, ensure a high-quality client experience, and collaborate with global Sales and internal stakeholders. The role requires strategic commercial thinking, strong communication, financial and technical understanding, and fluency in English and German.
