Owns enterprise IAM product roadmaps and Agile delivery across authentication, federation, access controls, identity governance, directory services, privileged access management, and cryptographic key management. Translates business needs into technical requirements, manages backlogs and dependencies, leads Agile ceremonies, coordinates IAM vendors and platforms, and reports delivery KPIs to stakeholders and executives.

Owns enterprise IAM product roadmaps and Agile delivery across authentication, access controls, identity governance, directory services, privileged access, and cryptographic key management. Translates stakeholder needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leads ceremonies, backlog prioritization, dependency and release tracking, dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive communications. Partners with architecture, security leadership, product managers, technical leads, feature teams, and IAM platform vendors.

Supports Reply’s Internal Communications Team by planning employee events, researching communication formats, creating content, and developing a shared culture across U.S. offices. The intern will experiment with generative AI, create video and digital media, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate with diverse stakeholders. This is a paid, part-time, six-month internship requiring daily attendance in the Chicago office, with possible full-time conversion after graduation.
